All of my life I have felt like a square peg trying to fit into a round hole.
A few years ago my soul-sister asked me to read a book
and
that book changed my life.
While reading 'Journey of Souls'
I realized that I didn’t have to fit into that round hole.
I had, in the past, tried every organized religion and nothing felt right.
After reading Diane Stein and Mary Summer Rain….
followed by Ted Andrews, Scott Cunningham, James Redfield
and so many others
I became aware that I have always belonged to Mother Earth religion
and now I am at home.
I have Reiki II and am looking forward to my final attunement.
I am a Hedgewitch.
Most people around me are of the old energy
and
like to say I’m crazy — a wierdo.
I know better.

I gaze up
at the black blanket of the night sky
and listen as the sparkling diamonds
speak to my soul.
The message strikes a deep chord
as the silent whispers
were written by my soul ages ago
for me to retrieve and remember
when I am ready.
Ready to stretch
my physically aching heart
past its limitations….
to look beyond me to the multitude
then farther on to the One.
In kindship, I will grow
In delight, I will serve
In beauty, I will love
I will stand alone
My destiny is cast
My path is whispered among the stars
and
I am listening!
